Embarking on a new chapter with Kai Garden, Hong Kong born owner and Group Executive Chef Fung Chi Keung is an established and sought after name among the discerning diners of traditional Cantonese cuisine.
His 30-year culinary career has taken him through Hong Kong’s local Chinese restaurants and Singapore’s Mandarin Orchard. In 2005, as the Group Executive Chef for Paradise Group, he launched the group’s first fine dining restaurant, Taste Paradise, which won multiple awards over consecutive years. Chef Fung also won several awards for the group, including a Gold Medal at the Food and Hospitality Asia 2012 - Imperial Challenge.
With Kai Garden, Chef Fung aims to realise his dream of building his own brand and eventually a chain of Chinese restaurants that celebrates the legacy of Cantonese cuisine.
Designed with an elegantly eye-pleasing and comfortable ambience, Kai Garden serves a plethora of sumptuous traditional Cantonese cuisine, Peking Duck, dim sum and Chinese fusion dishes, making it an ideal venue for accommodating a wide range of diners for corporate events, special occasions, as well as business and private dining.
The restaurant offers a function room that accommodates up to 60 seats, as well as four private rooms for smaller parties of four to 16 people each (min. spend of $1000++/table for lunch, and $1500++/table for dinner apply). Including the main dining hall, Kai Garden has a seating capacity of up to 200 to meet your needs.
